Apparently, they need to be small and have low moisture content to bring out the flavor of salty soil better. ✓ HAY cutting board used exclusively for fruits and vegetables It's made of polyethylene, so it's good for hygienic use, but I'm worried about plastic, so I'm not using it as my main cutting board. It goes well with my pink paring knife, doesn't it? ☺️
