The day I went to meet the protagonists (friends) from my diary from 35 years ago~^^ We are close enough that there is nothing to hide, and nothing particularly to boast about. I went to meet the protagonists (friends) from my adolescent diary from 35 years ago. These days, our generation is called the "Macheo Generation." They say it is the last generation to support their parents, and the last generation that will not be supported by their children... It is a precious time of freedom where we, as such, can spend time selfishly for a brief moment, solely for ourselves. Becoming the me of my teens, and then the me of my thirties, I met old friends with whom I can connect completely, no matter when or at what moment we bring up conversations that traverse the past.^^ Since we know each other's past from our teens until now in middle age, being human, there were times when envy crept in, but at some point, we found ourselves congratulating each other with all our hearts, and that brought a smile to our faces. I think the reason we have been able to maintain our bond for so long is perhaps because, while learning to exercise together, we naturally learned to be considerate and think of everyone before ourselves. I believe we have been able to continue until now thanks to our willingness to uphold the boundaries we need to respect, even when we know better. Friends I have known since my teens. We used to exercise together, and whenever we met, we always ate well. We still eat well now. However, if there is one thing that has changed, it is that most of our conversations are about health. Just as time has passed, the topics of our conversation seem to be changing little by little. To meet in good health for a long time, we need to exercise (and diet). And we need to take care of ourselves by eating well. So today, we eat and walk, and eat again and walk again.
