#인테리어영수증 Hello :) This is Tiyeoni Home, currently active as a member of the Today's House FTC 22nd Batch. We bought our new home three months ago and have been living here after partial remodeling. Our home is a 20-year-old apartment in a 28-pyeong building. Since the house already had basic interior work done, we proceeded with partial renovations, mainly focusing on the kitchen, living room, shared bathroom, wallpaper, and flooring! Hoping this will be a helpful reference for those in similar situations, today I’m going to reveal the entire cost of our home renovation~! #PartialRemodeling #구축아파트인테리어 #구축리모델링 #FTC #FTC22기 #콘수프기록집 #구석구석집들이 First up is the demolition part! Demolition was carried out in all areas except for the master bathroom, entrance, and dressing room. In particular, the kitchen and shared bathroom accounted for the largest portion of the costs as they underwent complete demolition. 📌 Demolition ✔️ Complete demolition of shared bathroom: 750,000 KRW ✔️ Demolition of kitchen and other furniture: 370,000 KRW ✔️ Waste disposal fee: 400,000 KRW ✔️ Floor sanding fee: 300,000 KRW 💵 Total demolition cost including miscellaneous expenses: 1,950,000 KRW #InteriorDemolition #철거 #리모델링철거 #철거비용 Next, the living room did not incur significant costs as it was already extended. Since the previous house lacked insulation, we added insulation to the entire wall surface, including the extension. Additionally, we removed the center light, installed a ceiling fan, and added downlights! 📌Living Room ✔️3-inch Cool White Downlights: 450,000 KRW ✔️Insulation Work: 350,000 KRW ✔️Sov Ceiling Fan: Around 150,000 KRW ✔️Middle Door: 900,000 KRW 💵Total Living Room Cost (including labor): 2,200,000 KRW #LivingRoomInterior #구축아파트거실 #거실리모델링 #거실리모델링비용 Our house has two bathrooms: one in the common area and one in the master bedroom. Since we don't use the master bedroom bathroom much, we excluded it from the remodeling and proceeded with the common bathroom after completely demolishing it. Actually, the common bathroom was kept clean, but I really disliked the Hu-Floor and panel-style bathroom, so I tore everything out :) If we were to remodel both bathrooms, it would exceed our budget, so we decided to focus on just one haha. 📌Bathroom ✔️Bathroom Ceiling Material SMC: 150,000 KRW ✔️SMC Bathtub: 100,000 KRW ✔️Sliding Mirror Upper Cabinets: 150,000 KRW ✔️Washbasin, Toilet: 480,000 KRW ✔️600x600mm Wall/Floor Tiles: 700,000 KRW ✔️Jolly Cut Installation Fee: 400,000 KRW 💵Total Cost (including labor and fixtures): 3,500,000 KRW #BathroomInterior #화장실리모델링 #화장실리모델링비용 #구축아파트화장실 Finally, this is the kitchen, where I put the most effort :) Since it was a narrow L-shaped kitchen, I boldly removed the partition wall where the refrigerator was located and extended the kitchen to give it a spacious and open feel. I moved the refrigerator cabinet to the opposite side and built a custom home bar next to it! I can say the kitchen is my favorite space in the house haha. That is why I spent so much time and effort selecting the materials, and I referenced many Today's House creators for the design before making my final decision after much deliberation~! ** 📌Kitchen ✔️Sink upper and lower cabinets and marble: 4 million won ✔️Refrigerator cabinet (Fit&Max): 550,000 won ✔️Open home bar cabinet: 1.35 million won (Some services included: black mirrored glass top, additional lighting, etc.) ✔️Baekjo Camporte 860 sink bowl: 400,000 won ✔️Hanssem M-Sys 4-way sink faucet: 80,000 won ✔️300*600 kitchen tiles: 210,000 won 💵Total cost including labor and other fixtures: 7.08 million won #KitchenInterior #주방리모델링 #주방리모델링비용 #구축아파트주방 #홈바장 This concludes the disclosure of the partial remodeling costs for the living room, kitchen, and bathroom 😊 I feel like we successfully completed a turnkey interior renovation for a total cost of less than 30 million won. I feel so proud haha. I’ll work hard, looking forward to the moment I fill my still-empty home with sentimental props!
