The space I am introducing for the third mission is my entire house (?) haha As you can see from the before and after photos, it was truly the very definition of a "dark house"... It seems this mission was given just for me ^^^ … I succeeded in turning a home into a "dark house" for a full renovation in the 10 million won range ˳˳ 🖤 (( * It is for sale !)) From an old villa full of dark colors to a studio-style interior... In an effort to somehow reduce interior costs within a limited budget, I had meetings with over ten interior design companies over and over again...! Luckily, I met a great interior company and completed the full renovation, bringing the budget down from the 20 million won range to the 10 million won range! 🖊️ Duration: Two months 🖊️ Location: Seoul (Company located in Anyang) 🖊️ Work Details: Full renovation (Demolition, wallpapering, flooring, lighting, windows/frames, insulation, carpentry, kitchen, bathroom, etc.) + Move-in cleaning 🖊️ Construction Cost: Mid-10 million KRW range Demolition Cost: 500,000 KRW Wallpapering: Silk wallpaper throughout, 2,400,000 KRW Flooring (Overlay Vinyl): LG Design Sheet, 1,540,000 KRW Lighting (Includes wiring, outlets, detectors, switches, etc.): 650,000 KRW Ceiling Molding, Baseboards: 700,000 KRW Insulation, Various Finishing Carpentry: 800,000 KRW I personally selected all the bathroom materials from Daelim Bath! The total cost came out to about 4.5 million won. The kitchen wall was originally tiled, but they converted it into a standard wall. The cost for that came out to about 750,000 won. Adhesive film work for the kitchen sink, interior door, etc.: 1.3 million won Move-in cleaning: 380,000 won We met with over ten companies in total, and most quoted 20-30 million won, but the owner who made Chugumi's house for exactly half that price... 🥹 We still call him our savior haha.
