Now that spring has arrived, I find myself reaching out with even more affection to the plants that have steadfastly endured my "plant killer" hands. In previous springs, I would have likely brought in new plants, but I am holding back with the mindset of "Let's just take good care of the plants I have now." These are the guava and asparagus I brought home from the flower market last spring.
