I managed to get my hands on an IKEA Botsyrka wall shelf. The second shelf of my unit was too tall to just hold mugs. I looked around Daiso, Modern, IKEA, and online everywhere, but it was hard to find the exact size I needed. I kept putting off whether or not to have one made out of wood, but then I spotted a Botsyrka at 🥕 that fit the width perfectly, so I grabbed it right away. The Botsyrka is a discontinued product, so it’s not available at IKEA anymore, but it’s still very popular. I just placed it on top without using any nails, and it added a shelf, allowing me to put mugs on the bottom and tea coasters on the top. It doesn't even look like it was there from the start, does it? It feels so good when I find a product that fits perfectly like this. I think I can use it as a wall shelf later on. IKEA, please bring this product back! Anyway, I took this at sunset, so it’s full of shadows.
