#봄동비빔밥 #된장국 Today is Bomdong Bibimbap. Perhaps because it's trending, I've been seeing it a lot at home, so I wanted to try it at least once. Some of my friends add pork belly to theirs, so I tried adding that too. I also made a fried egg, but since the egg was small, it didn't turn out very well. 😆 There were a lot of recipes for fresh bomdong salad, but I chose the one that popped up at the very top. For the soybean paste soup, I boiled it with onions and the large outer leaves of the bomdong. Also, I changed my spoon rests this time. The ones I used before were good, but even though I carefully placed my spoons and chopsticks on them during meals, they would occasionally fall and get sauce on the mat. Other things wipe off easily, but red chili powder doesn't come off well, so I always remove the table mat whenever I eat dishes with red sauce. Furthermore, I use a large white leather mat on the table, but since red sauce doesn't come off well on that leather mat either, it was a bit inconvenient. So...
