Organizing the refrigerator—something I thought only happened to other people—turned out to be possible for me when I actually tried it. Once I organized it, I could see exactly what was inside right away, and meal preparation became much lighter. I feel like I had been putting it off for nothing. It wasn't as difficult as I thought.
