#콘수프기록집 #주방정착템 Let me introduce a few kitchen staples that I’ve been using for at least N years in my 12-year-old kitchen~ 1. White Metal Pegboard This is my absolute favorite and most satisfying item that I’ve been using for 12 years—a "can't live without" item! My kitchen has an open layout without upper cabinets, so storage space tends to be limited. In particular, small household tools that are used frequently look messy when left out on the countertop, but it was also a hassle to put them in drawers and take them out every time. So, I chose "levitating storage" using a pegboard :) I store frequently used spice jars, daily cooking tools, and paper towels by hanging or attaching them to the pegboard. Since it is right next to the induction cooktop, the workflow is efficient while cooking, and it looks neat and is easy to clean, so I have consistently loved it for 12 years. If you search for pegboard accessories, you will find various products such as hanging hooks, shelves, and pockets, so you can use them much more conveniently by utilizing them according to your needs! 2. MUJI Silicone Cookware I've tried all sorts of cooking tools over the years, but after trying many different things, I finally settled on MUJI's black silicone cookware. They are reasonably priced, and the deep black color means I don't have to worry about staining. I also love MUJI's signature clean and minimalist design. Every single one of them is really useful. 3. Square Glass Spice Jar I mainly use this to store powdered spices that can be stored at room temperature, such as salt or sugar. Since it is a glass container, I don't have to worry about endocrine disruptors. The square shape allows for neat organization, making it look tidy. Another advantage is that the simple design makes refilling and cleaning easy. 4. His Dining Wooden Magnetic Knife Block This is another long-standing staple that I have been using for 7 to 8 years. When I bought it, the brand wasn't very well-known, but while preparing for my second home, I noticed it had been featured on Australian home shopping channels and its recognition has grown significantly overseas. As a long-time user, I felt a sense of pride for no particular reason :) This product uses an internal magnet to attach items. The magnetic force is strong, so when you bring a knife blade close, it snaps right into place. Since it is double-sided, I attach a knife to the back and scissors to the front. The product I am currently using is the olive variety; the color and grain are truly unique and beautiful. I oiled it a few times and it has tanned in natural light, so the color has deepened considerably now. Initially, it was brighter and had a slightly yellowish tint. 5. Triangle Cookware Since it is black, it matches well with the Muji cookware, like a set, doesn't it? :) It is easy to put in the dishwasher, and because it is sturdy and durable, it always feels like new even after long-term use. 6. Redecker Brush I have tried several tumbler brushes, but the Classic is definitely the best. It fits well even into bottles with narrow openings and lathers up nicely. Most importantly, it definitely puts less strain on my wrist, making dishwashing much easier. 7. JVR Dish Drying Rack Although I have a dishwasher, I use this for simple washing or for dishes that are difficult to put in the dishwasher. It is compact, sturdy, and highly versatile, so I have been using it with satisfaction for several years.
