Beef Bourguignon I made over the weekend Usually, on weekdays, I tend to eat dishes that I can whip up quickly within 15-20 minutes of getting off work, so on weekends, I try making dishes that require a bit more time. I don't usually like celery, but the well-cooked celery was a surprisingly delicious highlight. Since the beef is cooked so tender that it just falls apart with a spoon, I recommend cutting it into large pieces before adding it. If you want to thicken the sauce a bit more in the middle, you can add a little flour!
