Mushroom Cheese Sandwich I Made and ate over the weekend ๐Ÿ„๐Ÿง€ Since so many people on Instagram have been asking for the recipe, Iโ€™ve put together a simple summary ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿณ๐Ÿ’ž ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Mushroom Cheese Grilled Sandwich 1. Slice button mushrooms and sautรฉ them without oil to remove moisture. 2. Add truffle and herb garlic butter for extra umami flavor. 3. Toast Mebage Ciabatta until golden brown and spread basil pesto on it. 4. Place cheese on top of the mushrooms and let it melt slowly over low heat. 5. Place the ciabatta on top, drizzle with the melted cheese, and you're done. I gathered up leftover cheese scraps from the refrigerator and used them. Using them this way made it even tastier and was a great way to utilize those awkwardly leftover cheeses. Mebage Ciabatta is my favorite bread; itโ€™s crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, so I make it often for brunch every weekend. It looks like the visuals are everything, but this recipe is even tastier when you actually eat it!
