I’m a grown-up, so around 10 o'clock, I start to get sleepy. If I miss this timing, I’ll be wide awake until midnight, so I have to stick to this flow. That’s why I almost always go to the bathroom with my eyes closed. The important part here is that once I turn on the light, it’s over.
