It is flicker-free, so it is not a burden to leave it on for a long time. It also blocks blue light, so it feels much softer when I sit down in the evening! Brightness and color can be adjusted via dimming, so you can switch between primary and blue light to suit the situation🌙 Perhaps because of the Ra95 color rendering index, the colors look natural, so photos come out clean.
