Today's dish is #들기름명란냉파스타😊 🏷️ Ingredients (Serves 1) 1 block of low-sodium salted pollack roe / Spaghetti noodles / Allulose or sugar / 7-10 perilla leaves / Perilla oil / Garlic / Peperoncino / Soy sauce / Sesame seeds / Salt 👩🏽‍🍳 Recipe 1. Make the sauce by mixing 2 tablespoons of perilla oil, 3 tablespoons of regular soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of allulose or sugar. 2. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to a pot and boil the pasta noodles. 3. Wash the perilla leaves thoroughly, remove excess water, and thinly julienne them. 4. Remove the skin from the salted pollack roe, mix with 1/2 tablespoon of perilla oil, 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic, minced peperoncino, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. 5. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them, cool them in cold water, transfer to a bowl, top with perilla leaves and the seasoned salted pollack roe, and pour the sauce over them just before eating.
