My hobby is furniture arrangement… I guess that’s right. It’s the same house, but I’ve been living in a constant experiment lately because I’ve been wondering if the atmosphere can change this much just by changing the furniture and accessories little by little. 😂 ⸻ 🛋️ First Look (The time when I discovered the joy of decorating) This was the time when I kept the structure as it was and started dividing the atmosphere between the relaxation zone and the desk zone by adding accessories one by one, such as lighting, picture frames, and speakers. Since the sliding door is made of glass, the space is visible through it, so my goal was to make the house look a little cozier by adding warm lighting and colors. 👉 Advantages This is the first arrangement where I felt, upon entering the house, that “the atmosphere felt different even though I hadn’t moved.” ⸻ 📦 Second Look (The time when I was still hectic right after moving in) It was about a week after moving in, so to make daily life possible, I arranged the sofa and desk against the wall to keep the flow of movement as simple as possible. It was a time when the space looked the neatest and emptiest, without any decorative items or color accents. 👉 Advantages It was easy to clean, and the layout made daily routines the simplest. ⸻ 🔥 Third Look (More Materialism Explosion + Period of Change) As my interest in interior design grew rapidly, I entered a stage where I just grabbed whatever was pretty 🤭 I initially used an ivory rug, but after using it for a while, the atmosphere felt a bit bland, so I switched to a patterned rug and started to change the mood of the space. Also, one wall looked bare, so I added picture frames and shelves, and this was a time when I began to feel the ‘joy of decorating’ my home. 👉 Advantages By swapping the positions of the sofa and desk, the space to pull the desk chair back became wider, reducing the feeling of confinement when moving around and making the flow of daily life much more comfortable. Also, by changing the rug and decorative items, I felt that the atmosphere of the space looked more unique. The layout of the house is still constantly changing.
