My happiness on weekend mornings is packing in all the things I love and eating a sandwich 🤤🥪 This is the apple brie sandwich I've been obsessed with lately! You don't need to use the stove; just adding apples, brie cheese, and arugula makes for a fantastic sandwich. I love carrots, so I sautéed some and added them, and topped it with an egg too! I'm not very good at cooking, but sometimes when I tinker around and make a dish that suits my taste, it just makes me feel good for no reason.
