🏠 Ep.05: Furniture Arrangement Growing Together "I guess I raised this house just for this moment. It's been 7 years, and now I'm moving with my child." 🌸 Our Home's Ritual for Welcoming Spring The dining table, which had guarded the center of the living room all winter to avoid the chill from the veranda extension, has now been moved to the window side, longing for the warm spring sunshine. Moving the heavy Casamia dining table and sofa used to be a struggle for just my husband and me, but now our eldest, who has grown quite a bit, is doing his part perfectly. 🙋🏻♀️ A Designer Mom's Layout Tip The key to this arrangement is 'organized openness.' * Sofa & Table: We positioned the sofa to slightly obscure the dining table to prevent visual distraction and to make the living room look much more spacious. * Point Rug: We laid a Raikdis rug in front of the sofa. It's a secret weapon that adds a soft texture and accent to the black floor, which could otherwise look cold. 👧🏻 A Reliable Helper, My Firstborn I am filled with mixed emotions watching my child perfectly clean the floors by pushing the Dyson in between moving furniture. I feel a sense of reward for the seven years we have grown together, seeing the discerning eye of my child who says, "Mom, the house looks bigger this way!" 🎨 The Canvas Remains the Same, the Painting New The canvas of black floors and white walls remains unchanged, but the landscape within continues to evolve to keep pace with our family's growth. Today, as the spring sunlight casts long shadows over the dining table by the window, the richness of our home has deepened even further.
