The reason I hesitated to touch it and just let clutter pile up was none other than the air conditioner outdoor unit! When we moved in, the owner of the interior design company suggested that we build a cabinet for the outdoor unit, but due to various circumstances at the time, our budget didn't allow it, so we gave up on the idea. Our house has five ceiling-mounted air conditioners, so the outdoor units are huge, and I hated the sight of them so much every time I entered the veranda that I always avoided looking at them. Because of the outdoor unit, we have to leave the windows open in the summer, so rain pours right in during the rainy season😭 To allow the rainwater to drain, I laid deck tiles on the veranda floor as a first layer, and then laid a high-density mat on top of them as a second layer. I neatly covered the unsightly outdoor unit with a wooden partition, and after gathering and organizing the exercise equipment I had at home, a really cool home gym was completed. I carefully named the home gym with my children #운동하GYM, made a sign using canvas, and set it up in a frame 🤗 It is so convenient to hang the pull-up bands on the window using no-drill suction hooks!
