It’s already been about a month since I became an Eve Pilates The Fit Mate :) I used to always give up on home workouts after just three days, but I found myself hanging on and working out whenever I had a spare moment while going back and forth between the bedroom and home??? It’s amazing that I’ve been consistently sticking to it for a whole month already 🥹 My trapezius muscles always ached because my shoulders were hunched over due to my slouching posture, but as I hang on frequently, the pain is gradually disappearing ♡̴ I’m even more satisfied because it feels like my posture is naturally straightening out as well. The kids are also hanging on frequently to stretch and even do pull-ups, working out together with us :) Since the whole family uses it together, it’s very versatile; isn't that like killing three birds with one stone!!! Plus, since it can be easily installed on the door frame, it doesn't take up any extra space, which is great. Being able to exercise without worrying about space is a really big advantage ♡̴ In winter, it was so cold that I didn't even think about exercising outside, but now I can do it at home whenever I have a spare moment, so I love it so much.
