Beef is the best choice when you want to set the mood 🥩 I had some sake I received as a gift at home~ And I had the seasonings I bought in Japan~ So I threw a beef party 🎊 Personally, rather than Western-style meat grilled like steak, I prefer beef that makes you cry with every bite, like in Korean or Japanese cuisine! (Looking at the photos again makes me drool...) We ate a combination of Yukhoe, Chuck Steak, and Ribs, and Hanwoo is love ❤️ The wasabi and Koji Salt I bought in Japan went really well together, but this Yakiniku sauce was a real game changer too… At first, I thought it might be a bit salty when I coated both sides while grilling…? But when I lightly coated just one side and grilled it, it was truly a gem 🥹 (Highly recommended as a souvenir from a trip to Japan!) The Jaju gas burner I bought for my cooking reels also played a big part! (Purchased with my own money) It's low enough to be convenient to place on the dining table, and since I've been using an induction cooktop, this smoky flavor felt like a whole new experience✨ It was also a perfect match with the Fujita Kinzoku JIU pan I introduced last time!!! The JIU pan is now my absolute favorite item🤎 Ah...
