• Kidult Housewarming Gift Many of you are probably wondering what to give as a housewarming gift that is thoughtful yet not too expensive. The housewarming gift I would like to recommend is a cute piggy bank!! I recently saw something called an "emotion trash can" on the show *Geumjok Counseling Center*. I got the idea from that; I thought it would be really nice to turn a cute piggy bank into an emotion trash can to help manage your emotions. If you look at the top, there is an opening where you can put in bills and coins. The parking sign standing in front is the key~ You can open and close the door with that key. The way to use the emotion trash can is to write down negative emotions on a piece of paper, fold it, and throw it in the trash can when you feel them. I plan to open it once a month to reflect on what emotions I felt during the past month.
