I recently got a Breville coffee machine and have been practicing espresso extraction diligently. I'm trying the Today Fighting Blend, which is great value and delicious. It has low acidity and a spicy flavor, and the beans create a harmonious blend of bitter sweetness and a lingering dark chocolate finish, so I really like the nutty taste.
