I don't usually take photos of the entryway, but I decided to give it a try since there was a challenge :) ✔️ The shoe cabinet on the right was originally a deep pantry space. I converted it into a shoe cabinet to secure the remaining space and made structural changes to make it slightly wider. ✔️ On the left, the shoe cabinet was installed with a raised base and lighting. The entrance cabinet in the middle is where I keep items I use when going out, such as car keys and perfume, as well as knives and scissors for when packages arrive ☺️ ✔️ The middle door is a Younglim product, and the slat ratio and design can be customized. I wanted to capture both a sense of openness and the unique oriental mood of the slats, so I installed it with a moderate amount of slats and bronze mirrors. I think the middle door was a really great choice in terms of functionality! It plays a big role in maintaining the indoor temperature during the winter 🤍 ✔️ As for props! I decorated it with the traditional Korean "Amulet Pollack" (a type of dried pollack) that is essential for the front door, and entrance magnets from Objet Studio! It is so convenient to hang things like car keys or mask sachets on it.
