Starting to run after losing 16kg, the reason I can't stop! I started running again for the first time in 35 years. It's late, but I resolved that I still had to do it. My daily running routine, Day 3. I want to cheer on today's me, who was ignorant in the past and thought that looking into myself and taking better care of myself was just selfishness. Since I started after losing 16kg, going from 64kg to 48kg, my legs, which I expected to be light, were infinitely heavy, as if the weight of life had been piled upon them, and with every step I took, pain came from my knees as if they were being tested. T_T Because I must keep moving forward without stopping for the sake of my family, who are learning about the world by watching me, Let's run~ Let's cross over~ Grateful for today for not giving up...
