Tonight's dinner is Jjajang. I had a lot of onions, so I made Jjajang for the first time in a while. I took out my roll pan for the first time in a while, as it is perfect for dishes that require long stirring. It is bulky and a bit of a hassle to store, but it is so convenient for moments like this that I just can't bring myself to get rid of it... I added plenty of onions and the vegetable mix from the freezer, along with some minced pork, and it was so delicious.
