Toto, who thinks he is the owner of the living room, spends 90% of his day wandering around the living room with his favorite toys. Since Bichons reach full maturity between the ages of 1.5 and 2, Toto looks so adorable this spring, wearing a fluffy "helmet" that looks much fuller than last spring and staring intently into my eyes.
