I started bringing spring little by little into a house that had been weighed down by neutral colors all winter. I didn't make any major changes, but simply organizing the direction of the light, where my eyes linger, and the paths I frequently walk along completely transformed the atmosphere of the space. For this house, I deliberately chose to subtract rather than add. By keeping the walls quiet, lowering the furniture, and leaving empty spaces so the view isn't blocked, I feel like I can breathe much more comfortably in the same space. Especially in spring, since the timing of the sunlight changes, I found it most important not to block it. So, in my home, instead of creating focal points, I prioritized the path of the light. A home that isn't flashy, doesn't get boring even if you look at it every day, and becomes more comfortable as time goes by. I believe that is what constitutes long-lasting interior design. This is just a part of it, though; I have separate criteria for completely changing the atmosphere of a home. I will share them one by one in the future. #CornSoupRecord #WinterHomeLogout #HistoryOfTaste #SpecialBeginning #TodaysHome #SpringHomeDecor
