"There are almost no extra charges~" → Without a standard, extra charges don't just "almost" happen; they always do. You must establish the big picture and blueprint yourself, as I always emphasize! 2. "I will give you a detailed estimate once you sign the contract." → That means you shouldn't compare prices. "You can look at the blueprints once construction begins." → If you proceed with construction without blueprints, you are leaving the outcome to chance. However, for older buildings, blueprints aren't everything. On-site checks are essential!!! 4. "Everyone does it this way." → Just because everyone else does it doesn't mean it fits your home. 5. "If you sign now, you'll receive benefits." → It may look like a benefit, but it is actually a phrase designed to make you rush your decision. Give up the benefits and choose prudence!
