This is my fifth interior renovation project. I’ve summarized the criteria I used to choose a contractor I was satisfied with, without any major defects or issues. Basically, I highly recommend getting comparative quotes from at least 3 to 4 places. ✔️ The decision is usually made during the first meeting. I tend to look to see if they seem to have a good understanding of my home's layout beforehand. I check if they have already considered and proposed directions regarding utilizing dead space, expansion, and structural changes. ✔️ Exclude places that badmouth other contractors. In my experience, well-prepared places often run out of time just talking about my home. Conversely, places that were unprepared tended to drag on with discussions about other companies. ✔️ Double-check places that claim everything is possible no matter what. Most things are possible if you pay extra. However, if they don't provide a concrete explanation of how they will work within the budget, additional costs often arise. These might seem like small details, but they make a huge difference in the final result, so I hope you find them helpful. 🙂 I will also summarize tips separately on how to minimize defects and finishing issues. #InteriorTips #인테리어업체 #주방인테리어 #주방꾸미기 #11자주방 #대면형주방 #ModernNewlywedInterior #콘수프기록집 #예쁜템최고야 #InteriorKnowHow
