A friend who visited this time said they wanted to eat sashimi, so I immediately set up a home izakaya. If you just buy whole beef intestines, making motsunabe is really easy 😉 But as we ate, we ended up with beef tartare, oven spaghetti, fruit, and even cheese... Is it true that we went all the way to the fourth round like a full course meal right at home? Hahaha.
