Actually, it's hard to give an evaluation since I haven't tried the authentic version, but I think I'll find myself craving it from time to time. It's seriously so super easy that even someone with clumsy hands can make it. I made it with frozen natto because I thought it would be convenient, but next time I'll try fresh natto… 🤭
