This is a Creve Home home, 28 pyeong in size. The reason it looks spacious isn't just because it's pretty. In fact, most homes look cramped not because the space is small, but because the view is blocked. This home adhered to just three things. 1️⃣ Securing the view with low furniture Lowering the height of the sofa and table makes the ceiling look higher and the space appear much more open. 2️⃣ Leaving nothing in the circulation path The key is to keep the space clear so that the eye can flow straight through from the entrance to the living room and then to the window in one continuous line. (Even placing just one piece of furniture incorrectly in the middle can immediately make it feel cramped.) 3️⃣ ‘Unifying the tone’ of the colors White and cream as the main colors with red and brown accents Matching the tones like this makes the space appear continuous.
