Especially for older apartments, there are so many variables after demolition, so you will almost 100% regret signing a “contract without standards.” Just because you got a cheap quote and construction done elsewhere, there is no guarantee that your home will be cheap too. Seriously!! You absolutely must not fall into the trap of price. You need to stick to your own standards to set a budget range and consider all the variables. . . . This is the genuine advice I can give you.
