In my house, we have a separate shower head connected to the sink. I initially installed it simply because I thought it would be convenient, but after actually using it, I found that being able to use water freely made cleaning much easier, and it was also really convenient when just washing my hair. I definitely feel like the bathroom's usability has increased. Also, I tend to keep the vanity counter above the sink as empty as possible. If you place too many items on it, water stains or mold can easily form, and if daily necessities like shampoo, toothpaste, and soap are placed there, the space quickly starts to look messy. So, I keep only the bare minimum of what is absolutely necessary. I have organized it with just one plant that helps control humidity and liven up the atmosphere, and a diffuser that adds a subtle scent. Even just doing this makes the bathroom feel much cleaner and more organized.
