These days, I find myself spending more time working out at home than at the gym. I tried working out on the "Stairs of Tears" in the space of my home in Jeju, where the unique natural light of the island comes in. At first, I thought it would feel like a simple stepper, but when I actually stepped on it, I felt a surprisingly strong stimulation in my lower body. It was impressive how I could instantly feel like I had worked out after just a short time. What I particularly liked was how it looked when not in use. Since it folds up and places next to the bed, it takes up almost no space, so it blends naturally into the interior without disrupting the decor. I also liked that it has wheels for easy movement and allows for angle adjustment, so I can control the intensity according to my condition that day. Above all, the fact that it isn't very noisy made it feel the most practical, allowing me to use it without worry even late at night.
