So, I decided to build a dish drying tower that I've been coveting for a while :) I bought an IKEA NISA FORS cart on Carrot Market, placed IKEA dishcloths on it, and just tossed on the dish drying rack I usually use at home. After washing dishes, I can immediately put them on the cart and pull it out to a well-ventilated window. The space on the kitchen counter has become much wider, and the dishes dry faster.
