Today's lunch is rice tteokbokki❤ I was craving tteokbokki, so I bought a meal kit via early morning delivery. Since I eat alone, it's hard to meet the minimum order amount for delivery. I used to love Kurly's crunchy radish tteokbokki... but I haven't seen it lately, so I tried ordering Igane Tteokbokki instead. Rice tteokbokki tastes better when you add plenty of water and simmer it slowly, so I added a little more water than the recipe called for, and boiled it over medium heat for a long time to enjoy it.
