The budget aspect, and ✌️ Will I be able to proceed exactly as I want? The communication aspect was my biggest concern. Fortunately, the construction proceeded exactly as I envisioned, and I spent a happy construction period communicating incredibly well with the interior designer. I am going to reveal the interior request form I created with the sole determination to communicate in a way that would absolutely never lead to any misunderstandings. When I presented it organized like this, the designer said they immediately understood what I wanted and even praised me (?), saying that no other clients create and present something like this!
