Lately, I've seen stories on Instagram about people being scammed by companies impersonating Minix service centers, and I also saw a review from an acquaintance who used the Smart Cara saying it was too difficult and made their head spin. However, this is a product I've been using for several years now, and it is a device that is not difficult at all. I've recommended it to many people around me, and everyone is satisfied with it. There are a lot of reviews on YouTube, but there weren't many reviews comparing it to the Eco 5. I didn't have microorganisms on my purchase list from the start because they are difficult to manage, so I only looked into grinder-dryer types, and the Eco 5 turned out to be the best product. In particular, I bought a lot of filters at the beginning, so I replaced them whenever I noticed a smell, and I used it with a routine of changing them after about 4 months of use. I didn't experience any difficulties at all while using it, and the biggest drawback is the noise. If you are sensitive to noise, I think placing it on the balcony like I do will solve the problem.
