Rabokki is simply the light✨ Tteokguk rice cakes are the unwritten rule for Rabokki. If you don't have them, tteokbokki rice cakes or garaetteok are all fine. For the ramen, my current favorite is Shin Ramyun Dry Noodles—the cheddar cheese is the kick, so please add 2 slices.. 🧀 If you add too much, it might get a bit greasy! I used low-sugar gochujang, low-sugar oyster sauce, and allulose for the sauce.
