👩🏻🍳 Making Onion Soup My Own Way Snapping in my "amateur cooking" content when others post their "aesthetic cooking"...⭐️ I returned home after a long trip the other day. I didn't want to go out, but I wasn't in the mood for delivery food either. So I opened the refrigerator, and the only ingredients I actually had were onions...? I had used up all the ingredients in the refrigerator before leaving for the long trip.😂 Then, I stumbled upon Kang Leo's onion soup recipe on YouTube. I rummaged through the refrigerator to find replacement ingredients and finished off my "amateur French onion soup."🙈🧅 You're supposed to add baguette to onion soup, but I didn't have any, so I toasted my favorite Costco olive bread to substitute it. LOL.😆 In the end, the important thing was the amount of time you spend caramelizing the onions..? I just sautéed them for a long time, but it turned out to be a really deep, warm, and sophisticated flavor... My husband said it was delicious too!!!! So, for those of you who say you really have nothing but onions at home, or for those of you who find it too expensive to go out and buy onion soup, I recommend making this at home. If I did it, of course you can....❣️🍴 (Of course, after making it, it was a time when I realized why it is so expensive.) 🏷️ Ingredients Onion, chicken stock, olive oil, leftover wine, green onion, butter, any leftover bread and cheese, parsley for garnish is optional✨ #CornSoupRecord #요리레시피 #양파스프 #요리 #레시피 #주방인테리어 #홈데코 #신혼집 #신혼밥상 #어니언스프
