It is a space that lifts me back up amidst my busy daily life. • The Aesthetics of a Gap Space: I tucked the Over the Bike into the small scrap space created by expanding the veranda. It is a lifesaver that doesn't take up much space and, thanks to its minimalist design, doesn't detract from my home's interior. • Small but Powerful Routine: In this small space, I handle everything from lower-body cycling exercises to band squats, kettlebells, and upper-body resistance banding. You don't need to go to a fancy gym; with just 0.5 pyeong of space, you can sufficiently replenish your healthy energy. • Vicky Jung's Source of Energy: The strength to endure all-nighters as a designer and to play energetically with my two children comes right from this home workout space by the window.
