The guard frame is wide and flat, so it is great for placing the baby's pacifier, handkerchief, or white noise machine on. Also, if I place my phone, glasses, or hair clips right before falling asleep, I can reach them immediately during the early morning feeding without having to fumble around to find them, which is really nice!! Until the day the baby grows up and wants to sleep alone... my husband and I plan to sleep together, snuggling up against each other 🥹✨
