This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. We spent my husband's birthday week productively and went to see a movie for the first time in a while. For an early dinner, I made a rice bowl using Roy & May's Mapo Tofu, and I tell you, don't go to Jeju Island, just eat this. It perfectly recreates the taste of Sichuan-style Mapo Tofu with spicy and numbing Doubanjiang, and it is seriously delicious with plenty of bouncy tofu and fresh pork from Jeju Island! Coat eggplant in starch, grill it until golden brown, top it with the toppings, and pour a generous amount of Mapo Tofu over it—our house becomes a Chinese restaurant! You absolutely must have this with a beer.
