This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. As the weather gets warmer, shall we try storing our ingredients smartly? “Boar Able Bead Ultra-Powerful Vacuum Sealer” It seems like the proportion of summer among the four seasons is increasing year after year! As the weather gets sweltering, you need to manage food storage carefully to avoid spoilage, so I decided to get myself a piece of the gear!! If you're wondering if vacuum sealing is really necessary at home, the answer is no! First off, vacuum sealing meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, grains, and so on is very useful because it keeps freshness intact for a long time. In this day and age, we eat not only home-cooked meals but also delivery and dining out, so the longer the food can be stored, the better! On top of that, vacuum sealing reduces the storage volume of food ingredients, making the most of your space without having to put much effort into organizing your refrigerator. Thanks to its white color and slim size, it doesn't look out of place anywhere in the kitchen. Despite its compact size, it is a practical wide-type seal that covers up to 320mm! What particularly surprised me is that the vacuuming speed is incredibly fast compared to the vacuum sealer I bought and used a few years ago. You can achieve quick sealing with minimal waiting time, usually in about 10-15 seconds! This is made possible by a powerful vacuum force of up to 650kPa!!! You don't need to familiarize yourself with the usage separately; the intuitive panel makes it easy to understand in one go :) Just select one of four modes depending on the food type, and you're done! General Mode, Moisture Mode, Grain Mode, and Manual Mode, plus a "Sealing Mode" is available~ Personally, I use the Sealing Mode most frequently for daily use! From leftover jellies for kids to snacks and nuts, this is the mode I reach for most often. It looks neater than using a bag clip, and the seal is secure, so I love it :) If you connect the included vacuum pump to the side of the main unit, you can use it with a wide range of items, including vacuum zipper bags and vacuum containers, so you don't really need a separate vacuum container pump and vacuum sealer!!
