This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #OgamReview program. I'm in my 11th year of marriage! Since my honeymoon, I have always cooked rice in Fissler for every single meal. The VitaQuick Premium Pressure Cooker 22cm (2.5L) appeared like a gift to me. Because the product is heavy due to its thick bottom, the heat conductivity is excellent. This creates a magical effect where cooking rice or steamed dishes is completed faster and more deliciously!! When you wash the rice, place it in the pot, close the lid, and turn on the heat, the pressure gauge with two lines slides up as the pressure builds up. At this point, reduce the heat and let it steam while the gauge descends, and voilà! Delicious, sticky, and freshly cooked steamed rice is ready!! Since the pressure function makes cooking tastier and faster than using a regular pot, I use it every single day whenever I cook. A while ago, I made a steamed dish with pork neck, and it was truly out of this world!! It's so delicious that I want to make it again right away!
