After using the VitaQuick Premium Pressure Cooker myself, I understood why so many people consistently seek it out. First, I really liked the design. It has a clean and neat feel without any clutter, so it blends naturally well wherever you place it in the kitchen. It also has the clean and luxurious atmosphere characteristic of stainless steel, giving it a very neat overall impression. The product itself is heavy and sturdy, so it felt more stable when actually using it. I was also satisfied with its functionality. The biggest advantage of a pressure cooker is, of course, that it reduces cooking time, and I felt that convenience even more strongly on busy days. The ingredients cook thoroughly and become tender all the way through, and the triple-layered bottom structure ensures heat is distributed evenly, giving a reliable feeling during cooking. With solid fundamentals I felt like it was a great product. The convenience was also excellent. Pressure cookers can sometimes feel unnecessarily difficult and unfamiliar, but the handle locking mechanism is intuitive, and since you can check the status with the pressure gauge, it was less daunting than I expected to use it for the first time. It has internal measuring scales, making it easy to check ingredient quantities, and since it is made of stainless steel, it is easy to keep clean. I also liked that the 22cm 2.5L size isn't too big, so it is convenient to take out and use frequently in daily life without any hassle.
