#내돈내산 I’ve been eyeing this for months, and finally bought the WEC glass container 🤍 It looked super useful for storing homemade pickles or fruit preserves, and I thought it would be good to store honey in it too... plus, it’s just so pretty that I thought it would be nice to have it (?), so I bought the WEC Mold 743 (850ml) 😇 The most important point for me when buying a glass container was whether it could be sterilized in boiling water 🧐. It is completely sterilizable in boiling water, and it is also microwave, oven, dishwasher, and freezer safe ☑️ For its first use, I decided to try making grapefruit preserve 🍊 First, I thoroughly sterilized the WEC container in boiling water, and then just shake up the ingredients below and put them in—that’s it 👇 • 8 grapefruits (Scrub the peels thoroughly with baking soda, then separate the flesh) • Stevia 500g • Honey 400g I made this at the end of February, but the taste... hmm... store-bought stuff is definitely the best, hahaha. Maybe I should have added more honey... Anyway...!
