What's in My ① HOME CAFE☕️ Since decorating your Instagram feed is all the rage these days, I'm trying to record the items in our home one by one🤎 First up is the Gaggia Classic Pro coffee machine. As a couple who is serious about coffee, we tend to be a bit greedy when it comes to home cafe equipment. While not high-end gear, I'm enjoying decorating my own home cafe with equipment that maximizes efficiency within our budget! ❶ Gaggia Classic Pro Coffee Machine That coffee machine you see in the homes of many homestagrammers. I considered it and even tried using one briefly, but since I only enjoy light-roast beans, the shots didn't come out the way I wanted. After an intense search, I found the Gaggia Classic Pro, which I liked the most among similar price ranges, so I ordered it directly from overseas and have been using it happily for over 5 years! It's a shame the design feels a bit clunky, but the performance is top-notch, and it makes even light-roasted beans chewy and pulls out great shots, so I'm using it with satisfaction. ❷ Wabliss SF64 Grinder My Baratza grinder broke down, so after much deliberation, I bought the Wabliss, which is known for having the best value for money, and this is the best purchase I've made recently👍🏻 It is absolutely perfect for home use, allows for fine adjustments, is affordable, and the design is totally my style🤍 ❸ Beanplant Tamping Station I was really into wood and warm tones at the time, so I chose this wooden tamping station to match the mood, it is comfortable to tamp, and holds everything from the tamper to the distributor, and even allows you to dispose of coffee grounds, so I'm using it very well and finding it very useful. However, since I recently changed my grinder, it feels a bit mismatched, so I'm currently searching hard to find a different design to switch to! ❹ Airscape Canister for Coffee Bean Storage This product is already very famous as a food storage container. Coffee beans need to be stored while blocking air, light, heat, and moisture to keep them fresh for a long time. Considering this, Airscape was the perfect fit! I've been using it for several years now, and it really keeps the beans fresh for a long time.
