Today, I tried making the Tuna Bibim Udon recommended by Sung Si-kyung. It’s simpler and tastier than you might think, so instead of ordering delivery, give it a try by making it yourself. #Recipe - Sung Si-kyung Tuna Bibim Udon 1 can of tuna Seaweed Green onions Udon noodles Mayonnaise Tsuyu (Japanese dipping sauce) Sesame seeds 1. Boil the udon noodles. (Rinse lightly after boiling.) 2. Place the rinsed udon noodles in a bowl. 3. Prepare the drained tuna, chopped green onions, and seaweed. 4. Place the prepared ingredients on top of the udon. 5. Decorate with mayonnaise, then add the tsuyu. (Originally, it's 1 tablespoon of tsuyu, but since it wasn't seasoned enough for me, I added 2-3 tablespoons. / It depends a bit on personal preference.) 6. Finally, add the sesame seeds, and you're done.
